These Community Guidelines govern your use of the Company’s Services and form a part of the Company’s Terms of Service.

Undefined capitalized terms used herein, are defined in the Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Community Guidelines and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will prevail. If you violate these Community Guidelines, we may take action against you, including by immediate termination of your account.


You will not, under any circumstances:

    1. Use the Company Services, intentionally or unintentionally, in violation or breach of any applicable law or regulation, or in a way that may put Company in violation or breach of any applicable law or regulation, or in a way that promotes the violation or breach of any applicable law or regulation.
    2. Engage in any act that Company deems in its sole discretion to be in conflict with the Terms of Service or the spirit or purpose of the Company Services including by attempting to circumvent the Terms of Service, these Community Guidelines, or any of the Company policies.
    3. Make improper use of Company’s support services, including by submitting false abuse reports or using profane or abusive language in communications with our support personnel.
    4. Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or otherwise try to derive the source code of the Company Services, or attempt to obtain any information from the Company Services using any method not expressly permitted by Company.
    5. Copy, modify, or distribute content from any Company Services, including any content protected by Company’s or its licensors’, or by a Company Services user’s trademarks or other intellectual property rights, except with Company’s express written permission.


You may not, under any circumstances:

    1. Post content or a link to content that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous; is racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise contains nudity, objectionable or offensive; promotes or incites violence; or violates any applicable law or regulation.
    2. Post content or a link to content that infringes or violates someone else’s intellectual property or other proprietary rights, or that discloses, aids or facilitates the disclosure of someone else’s confidential information.
    3. Post content or a link to content containing malicious content, including without limitation viruses, malware, or spyware.
    4. Harass, abuse, or harm, or advocate or incite harassment, abuse, or harm of another person or group, including without limitation the Company’s employees.
    5. Impersonate any person, including without limitation a Company employee.


    1. You may only have one account.
    2. You are forbidden from creating an account using a false identity or information, or from creating an account on behalf of someone other than yourself.
    3. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, sell, trade, gift, or otherwise transfer your account or any Virtual Items without the Company’s written permission. Nor shall you use or access an account or Virtual Items that have been sublicensed, rented, leased, sold, traded, gifted, or otherwise transferred without the Company’s written permission


You may not, under any circumstances:

    1. Use the Company Services to collect, misuse, or disseminate another user’s content or personal data.
    2. Upload or transmit, or attempt to upload or transmit, to the Company Services, without Company’s express written permission, any tracker or mean used to collect personal data or statistics, including without limitation gifs, pixels, beacons, cookies, or other similar tracking technologies.
    3. Unlawfully obtain login information or access accounts belonging to any other person than yourself.


You may not, under any circumstances use the Company Services, save for under Company’s explicit written authorization, for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to:

    1. Commercial or sponsorship;
    2. Spamming other players;
    3. Offering or soliciting accounts or Virtual Items for sale or transfer.

Any commercial activity may also be subject to additional terms or an agreement, at the Company’s sole and absolute discretion.


You may not, under any circumstances:

    1. Become involved in any manner whatsoever, in any type of attack on the Company Services, including without limitation distribution of malware, a DOS/DDOS attack, or any other attempt to disrupt the Company Services or any other person’s use of the Company Services.
    2. Design, use, distribute, or install exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party or other software designed to modify or interfere with the Company Services.
    3. Try to gain, or assist others in doing so, unauthorized access to the Company Services, to accounts registered to others, or to any computer or server used to offer or support the Company Services or any network connected to the Company Services by any means other than the user interface provided by Company.
    4. Use any software to, or unauthorized third-party to, access, intercept, mine or otherwise collect information from or through the Company Services or that is in transit from or to the Company Services, including without limitation any software that reads areas of RAM or streams of network traffic used by the Company Services.
    5. Make any use of the Company Services or take any action that imposes or may impose at Company’s sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionate disruption, overburden or load on the Company Services’ infrastructure or function.
    6. Bypass any robot exclusion headers or other measures employed to restrict access to the Company Services or use any software, technology, or device to send content or messages, scrape, spider, or crawl the Company Services, or harvest or manipulate data.
